make sure we all understood the options available. My husband appreciated her focus on his end of life experience and my adult daughters and I benefitted from her recommendations for his care and our own self care. She worked beautifully with the family and the hospice team through his final days and the day of his death. Her support was exceptional even afterwards, helping me with his celebration of life and following up to make sure my family and I were managing as well as possible.
